For security leaders
Give endpoint security decisions a process that keeps them in place.
Devicie supports recurring application patching and configuration management through Microsoft Intune. Work with IT to define the managed scope, maintain agreed policies and review the results that support your next decision.
Make remediation responsibilities explicit
Finding an outdated application creates a decision: what can be updated, what needs validation and who will act? Devicie prepares and tests supported catalog updates for native Intune application patching. IT validates business workflows and controls rollout, while security defines the relevant requirements and priorities with the business.
Use application reporting to review installation results and determine what still needs attention. A successful installation report is one part of that review, not a substitute for assessing the wider security requirement.
Keep temporary changes from becoming the new standard
Devicie detects and corrects drift in supported managed policies. Your team receives a notification explaining what changed and what Devicie did. Intentional changes can be made through the pause-and-resume process.
That maintains the agreed policy in Intune. Review device reporting separately to establish whether the device has received and applied the change.
Review evidence against the requirement
Choose a security requirement and follow it through the workflow: the intended configuration, the supported managed scope, the action taken and the reported result. Record what that evidence establishes and what requires additional assessment.
Explore Devicie's contribution to CIS recommendations, NIST CSF outcomes, Essential Eight priorities or DORA-related device operations, according to your organization's needs.
Customer example: making room for broader security priorities
Sacred Heart Mission
Sacred Heart Mission used Devicie for recurring application and configuration work as it progressed its security program, enabling its team to advance other initiatives.
Give IT and security the same example to evaluate
Ask both teams to examine one application update or policy change. Agree the scope, exception process and ownership before judging the result. This connects the security objective to a process IT can operate and the business can approve.
Bring the requirement you need to maintain.
Review the workflow with IT and see which actions Devicie handles, which decisions remain with you and what the results establish.
